Fancy a nice yummy but simple dish for a chilled out Sunday lunch then look no further here’s out Simple Sunday Salmon!
What you need:
- Salmon (of course)
- Cream Cheese
- Fresh grated ginger
- Spring Onion
- And self control not to eat 10 of them!
What to do:
I made this little beauty when I had some random ingredients to use up. All you need to do is put your cream cheese into a bowl with your chopped spring onion and some grated ginger. Add amount according to likes, I love the flavour of ginger but others might not be so keen despite the amazing health benefits, it is an acquired taste. Then mix it all together.
Spread a generous layer of your cream cheese mix onto your salmon and then sprinkle the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese on top. Yum! Pop into the oven for about 20 minutes and serve with a refreshing salad. Enjoy!🍴
