If you are looking for dainty cookies then this recipe is probably not for you. However, if you want to make cookies oozing with flavour then check out my super simple recipe. Warning these are very addictive!
- 125g butter, softened
- 100g light brown soft sugar
- 125g caster sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 225g self-raising flour
- 175g crushed pretzels
- 100g white chocolate
- 100g fudge
Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
Cream butter and both sugars, once creamed, add in the egg and vanilla.
Sift in the flour, then add the crushed pretzels, white chocolate and fudge pieces.
Roll into a big bowl and put the mixture in the fridge for about 30 mins.
Break the dough into smaller balls and place them on the baking try. Make sure you leave room for them to spread… and ooze fudge!
Bake for about 10-15 minutes depending on size and how doughy you want them to be.
